We are happy to service clients with all types of extensions. However, The Blow Down is not responsible for extensions that come loose or are damaged during the wash or blowout service. We do realize that extensions can be costly and delicate. Rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure our stylists are properly educated in the care of all extension types, however we simply cannot assume responsibility if they come out or are damaged as the result of a service.
